MBA from IIM, Kolkata and an engineering background, Rajni has been spent 18 years working in global companies in supply chain and sales. A well networked professional in domestic and International market with an eye for details and customer delight.
She has been a serial entrepreneur and was a founder of an unique etiquette training institute before venturing into e-commerce. She has experience and interest in lifestyle products which she is directly monitoring in the company. In past she was also associated with many NGOs for upliftment of under privileged children in Jharkhand and West Bengal.

Lipika who is an advisor on HR issues has background in Psychology with post-graduate specialization in Business Management from XIMB. She has been in industry for over 20 years in Management, Human Resources Management and Consulting roles. Her expertise lies in HR advisory and strategic consulting roles for start-ups and overseas clients to enable them manage and sustain growth, manage business complexity and ensure a motivated and empowered organization.

Vijay guides Kratfbuy to deliver seamless user experience across cross-platform IT environment, mobile devices and versions, introducing best practices in extending enterprise applications to mobile devices across the three tiers of enterprise application, cloud applications, mobile middleware and the mobile client application.
Vijay brings in over 19 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience across Asia and U.S. Presently , Vijay as partner founder at ETPL leads the Information Technology, education services & Infrastructure Services practice. He has worked across global Multinational like Oracle India, BEA India , & CA India and has an outstanding success in growing business.
Advisor - Strategy and Funding
Deepak based in USA is a professional with Wharton/ Bain background and 15 years’ experience leading strategy, business operations and enterprise transformation at global technology companies as well as start-ups. His specialities are Corporate Strategy, Operations Optimization, Enterprise Transformation and Change Management, Competitive Intelligence, Financial Management, Pricing, Performance Improvement and has worked in IT/Technology, Ecommerce, Internet & PE.
He was also a Co-founder and Executive Director- Strategy & Investments in Azure Capital Advisors Private Limited. As the founding Director of Azure Capital, he helped establish a PE fund focused on investments in India. Put together initial business plans, raised seed capital, built a strong team of investment professionals hired from leading companies, secured approval from Indian regulatory authority (SEBI) for launching first fund and led fund raising.
Advisor - Marketing
B.Tech with more than 19 years of Industry experience in sales and marketing in B2C and B2B segment of Industry. He has extensive knowledge of ATL and BTL activities and has been instrumental in launching quite a few new products in Industry. He has extensive knowledge of Franchisee and dealer development across India. He is well networked in Industry in the marketing arena. He is leading our sales and marketing campaign and gives his expert advice to our in-house team or the agency on regular basis. He has extensive knowledge of various marketing tools and has been advising Kraftbuy on how to keep the cost of customer acquisition minimum without affecting the sales. He is well networked across industry and has been helping kraftbuy in B2B efforts.
